Are you a high-energy, performance-driven sales professional motivated by uncapped commission and the opportunity to make a real impact? We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to guide members through personalized digital finance solutions. In our fast-paced, high-volume sales role, you will work with warm leads to uncover their financial needs, navigate complex financial situations, and close sales—often within 1–2 calls. Whether taking a fast-closing approach or a consultative strategy, you’ll balance empathy, education, and clear direction to help our customers move from surviving to thriving.

What you'll bring

• Sales Experience: 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience.
• Proven Track Record: History of succeeding in a fast-paced, goal-driven, commission-heavy environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-making with empathy and authority.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales tools while maintaining high-energy interactions.
• Organization & Drive: Excellent time-management skills to prioritize lead follow-ups independently, paired with a desire to accept coaching and continuously improve.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
