About the role
GTI is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical systems for modular infrastructure projects. This role develops electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, wiring documentation, and production-ready electrical designs supporting Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Generator Systems (GenSets), Modular Data Centers, industrial skids, and other custom engineered solutions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience developing electrical schematics and engineering documentation
- Experience with electrical CAD software such as SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar
- Understanding of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and controls
- Experience with switchgear, motor control, PLC systems, UPS systems, generators, transformers, or industrial controls
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Background in fabrication-heavy or contract manufacturing environments
