About the role

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stack, load, and unload raw materials, finished products, and supplies within a manufacturing/finish facility, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. What you'll bring

• Experience working in an inclusive environment, particularly with individuals with disabilities
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills, including the ability to perform calculations using whole numbers
• Adaptability to change, with the ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations and accept feedback constructively
• Valid forklift certification/license and a strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols
• Ability to identify, organize, estimate, and apply common-sense understanding to follow written or verbal instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, interact with diverse personalities, and provide direction and guidance
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English through verbal communication, American Sign Language, or adaptive technology
• High school Diploma/GED
