BMW of Barrington, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. We are hiring immediately for a motivated sales professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, guide clients through the car-buying process, present BMW vehicles with confidence, and help drive sales growth.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous sales experience required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of BMW vehicles or a strong interest in the luxury automotive market is a plus.
• college degree preferred.
• automotive sales experience preferred.
