About the role
As an Agronomy Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively with the InnerPlant team to drive product awareness and will be accountable for achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
- Strong agronomy background required
- working knowledge of crop disease management, fungicide applications, and agronomic decision-making, specifically for soybeans and corn
- Experience in ag sales, ag retail, or a customer-facing agronomy role
- Proven ability, or clear demonstrated drive, to prospect, cold call, and build book of business from scratch, for both channel partners and farmers
- Valid driver's license
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) preferred but not required
