Retail Store Manager – Hoboken We're seeking a Store Manager who will set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in our Hoboken retail store. This role leads a high-performing team while driving operational excellence and delivering on our 100% happiness guarantee. This role reports to the District Manager.

What you'll bring

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a customer-facing retail, sales, or hospitality setting
• You bring demonstrated leadership ability and a genuine excitement for building, developing, and coaching high-performing teams
• You're someone who leads with an engaging personality and strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering positive business results
• You have a passion for design and an eagerness to work in a creative, customer-first environment
• Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform the following physical tasks on a regular basis:
• Bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed in a retail or production environment
