About the role

HR Consulting team informed of our partner strategies, annual calendar, and process elements for day-to-day activities the team manages. They will share best practices from other Lines of Business as they connect with other horizontal and client-facing HRBP, plus partner teams. This role is responsible for assisting teammates on miscellaneous reporting and coordination to help the team run as effectively as possible.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management
