• Experienced in business development, solution selling, or consulting within industrial automation, manufacturing software, or digital transformation
• Comfortable engaging with plant leadership, operations teams, IT stakeholders, and executive decision-makers
• Able to translate technical capabilities into operational and financial business value
• Collaborative, self-directed, and effective in team-selling environments
• Curious about emerging manufacturing technologies, analytics, and Industrial AI applications
• Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and shaping large strategic opportunities
• Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint) and Copilot Proficiency
• Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
• Customer-focused and outcomes-oriented mindset
• Ability to engage, influence, and present to senior-level customer stakeholders
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across ambiguity
