About the role

This role is responsible for maintaining ticketing system accuracy, supporting event operations, driving process improvements, and delivering a seamless ticket-buying experience for customers across all events. This position requires flexibility to support race weekends, special events, and business needs. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required, along with occasional travel as needed.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
