What you'll bring

• As a Senior Product Manager, you lead key partner and platform integration products within the business unit product portfolio, with a strong focus on AI/ML-powered capabilities.
• You work across Product, AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Sales to translate business needs into scalable product solutions that deliver value for clients and support business growth.
• You bring a strong understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle and help ensure products are differentiated, measurable, and responsibly designed for healthcare and enterprise use cases.
• 8 to 12 years of experience managing AI/ML or data-driven products, with working knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Full-time graduation degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science and ML Engineering teams and translate technical AI concepts for business and executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML-powered product development, including model evaluation, data requirements, post-launch monitoring, and business outcome measurement.
• Familiarity with success metrics and KPIs for AI/ML features, including accuracy, precision/recall, latency, adoption, and business ROI.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, explainability, bias mitigation, and healthcare regulatory compliance such as HIPAA.
• Demonstrate growth potential and learning agility by staying curious, learning new AI/ML capabilities, and applying new knowledge to improve product outcomes as business needs evolve.
• Demonstrate leadership by influencing cross-functional partners, building alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and Sales, and navigating differing viewpoints to move work forward.
• Demonstrate adaptability by adjusting quickly to changing priorities, emerging technologies, platform dependencies, and evolving business or regulatory requirements while maintaining focus on outcomes.
