About the role
MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is looking for extraordinary people to join our team! – This is not a permanent position. This role has been created to support short‑term organizational needs and is expected to conclude at the end of the assignment period. Candidates hired into this role will not be eligible for an opportunity to transition to regular full time employment through this posting. The Recruiter II plays a key role in shaping MedImpact’s workforce by sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. This role drives full‑cycle recruiting strategies, delivers cost‑effective sourcing solutions, and ensures a positive, professional experience for every candidate and partner. As a brand ambassador for MedImpact and its affiliates, the role represents the organization with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to excellence. The role also manages assigned requisitions with a high degree of independence. This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written). One must be able to; manage difficult or emotional client situations; Respond promptly to client needs; Solicit client feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance from clients; Meet commitments to clients. This position requires no travel however attendance maybe required at various local conferences and meetings.
What you'll bring

- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including the ability to build reports, dashboards and presentations that support recruiting metrics and hiring insights.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Talent Management platforms
- Ability to manage requisitions, workflows, and candidate pipelines with accuracy and speed.
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency with social media sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment, recruiting, and EEO regulations
- Proven ability to close candidates within established timeframe and prioritize work accordingly.
- Must provide adequate support to internal clients
- Workday strongly preferred.
