About the role
, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Ls and recent graduates sitting for the February 2027 Bar exam or the July 2027 Bar exam to participate in MFL Academy’s Residency Program in one of our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, or Fort Collins) . This role is hybrid , but you must sit for the Colorado Bar (no UBE score transfer), and plan to reside within a reasonable commute to the office location.
What you'll bring

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Register for the upcoming February or July 2027 Bar exam.
- Attain a passing score on the MPRE before sitting for the Bar exam.
- Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
- Submission of cover letter, law school transcript, and responses to candidate questionnaire.
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
- Mock Trial experience is a plus.
