About the role

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $325,000.00 - $580,000.00.

What you'll bring

• The successful candidate will have at least 10+ years of broad-based development, production and acquisition experience, specifically with respect to feature motion pictures.
• Deep familiarity with and understanding of related or ancillary documents and issues (e.g., rights, talent and other above-the-line agreements and matters
• licensing and acquisition agreements
• production services agreements
• chain of title review
• etc.) required.
• Prior in-house experience is required
• major film studio experience strongly preferred
• in particular, film acquisition experience is highly desirable.
