About the role

Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Women’s Health team. This position provides comprehensive ambulatory women’s healthcare, including preventive, reproductive, gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum services. The Nurse Practitioner will practice in a collaborative environment with strong clinical and operational support. With no deliveries, surgical responsibilities, inpatient rounding, or regularly scheduled nights and weekends, this role offers procedural autonomy, schedule stability, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

What you'll bring

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active and unrestricted Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license
• National certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with substantial women’s health experience
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• At least two to three years of outpatient OB/GYN or women’s health experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
• Experience performing in-office gynecologic procedures strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic or another electronic health record system preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred but not required
