About the role

What you'll bring

• Candidates must have at least eight years’ experience in site development, plus engineering, project management, and planning experience.
• This position requires a B.S. degree or higher, a California P.E. license, and a minimum of five years of experience.
• We require experience with sustainable design practices, meeting Low Impact Development (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) goals, and proven ability to prepare SUSMPs, SWPPPs, and WQMPs.
• Ability to visit job sites to inspect existing conditions and envision potential scope of work requirements
• Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer and viewing a screen.
• Ability to apply established engineering principles to solve problems and/or overcome obstacles using sound judgement, independent decision making, and prolonged focus
• Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to focus on client satisfaction, possess high-level communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in training, developing, and supporting staff, and have experience working in a cooperative team environment.
