What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s from an accredited program 6+ years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- is currently seeking a Project Manager with a strong architectural background and preferably with an active architectural license to join our growing team in one of the following offices: San Franciso, Oakland, Los Angeles, Sacramento or San Jose, CA.
- Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Architect in California.
- Experience in architectural project management, including experience in California market.
- Proven experience managing projects of varying scales and complexities.
- Proficiency in design and project management software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices.
- Strong understanding of California building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with public and private sector projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and institutional developments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
