As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, Care Coordinator at Cedars-Sinai you will be scheduled to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month on weekends. Responsibilities include the following. You will serve as a clinical co-pilot—charting the best trajectory of each patient’s care by accommodating various needs, including medical, psycho-social, financial and practical.

What you'll bring

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, CA License required
  • Case Management certification expected within 2 years of hire
  • 3 years minimum in Acute Care Nursing
  • BSN preferred.
  • Experience and certification in Case Management preferred
