About the role

We are seeking Software Engineers to join our pioneering team at INK. INK is looking to provide an environment where artists can produce animated content by experimenting with a range of AI-enabled tools and production pipelines. This role will work closely with senior members of the technology team to help build enterprise-wide technology and platforms that support INK's artist-led production environment. What you'll bring

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience
• Foundational knowledge of scalable inference and training technologies.
• But more importantly, a demonstrated eagerness to learn and stay current with the highly dynamic tool landscape.
• Ability to execute on assigned tasks while helping to identify common workflow needs and requirements to develop standardized solutions that scale to multiple shows.
• Familiarity with modern and emerging software development technologies (e.g. Claude Code) and the ability to partner with senior team members to develop and integrate scalable workflows that leverage Netflix's internal solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate show-based solutions into common deployable workflows.
• Familiarity with the complexities of building and maintaining secure systems that manage multiple show working environments.
• This job is based in the US.
