About the role
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in Dementia Unit care to fill openings with a skilled care facility located in Queens, New York.
What you'll bring
- Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program.
- Licensure: Must have an active New York State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.
- Must have demonstrated experience caring for residents with dementia and/or significant cognitive impairment.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of patient care protocols, safety standards, and dementia-specific care techniques in a skilled care environment.
- Must be immune to Hep B
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be available to work every other Saturday and Sunday
- The schedule and shift assignments are subject to change based on the operational needs of the facility
