About the role

We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end. This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District).

What you'll bring

• You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
• Cross-functional translation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Autonomy and ownership.
• Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
• Automation mindset.
• Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
• AI Nativity.
• Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
• Making data accessible.
• Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps — but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.
