We’re hiring a Data Analyst to turn Verse's data into decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll partner directly with functional leaders to build the metrics, dashboards, and analyses that drive how the business operates. Not only are you offering the “what,” but also the “why” and the “what now,” translating messy, ambiguous business questions into clear, defensible, self-serve analytical assets. What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, with experience owning reporting and metrics end-to-end.
• Strong experience writing SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and lightweight modeling
• Experience building and driving adoption of dashboards (Metabase, Looker Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
• Experience developing custom metrics, scoring algorithms, or classification models to solve specific business problems.
• Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction on ambiguous, open-ended business questions
• Proactive communicator with experience working with stakeholders
• : Experience with dbt modeling.
• : Experience with Snowflake.
• : Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated data (HIPAA compliance).
• Experience working closely with engineers to triage and resolve issues.
