About the role
As the Operations Data Analyst for the Outbound Program, you will support the day-to-day data and reporting needs of the outbound Care Advocate team. You will compile, organize, and analyze operational data to help leadership and the team understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Working closely with the leadership team, you will support the reporting infrastructure and provide ongoing data support as the program grows. This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a fast paced, growing operation. What you'll bring

- 2–3 years of experience in a data, reporting, or operations support role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, cross functional team
