About the role

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer I to join our ever-evolving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you’ll help power the reliability, performance and scalability of the critical platforms that support millions of payment transactions worldwide. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages and a strong interest in applying software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations challenges.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues, follow structured approaches and deliver effective solutions.
• A collaborative and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong working relationships and continuously learn in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, DevOps or GitOps practices through academic, personal or professional projects.
• Experience using monitoring, observability or incident management tools to improve system reliability and performance.
• Demonstrated curiosity for identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate repetitive work and enhance engineering efficiency.
