About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Team Lead who will focus on coaching and upleveling our Vendor Partners revenue growth for our existing merchants and DoorDash. This Team Lead will work closely with our Vendor Leads to help provide sales trainings, call calibration feedback, and various sales tools in an effort for our Vendor reps to easily adopt our Mercants into incremental products and services to help their businesses accelerate to new levels. You will report to our Inside Sales Manager on our team in our Inside Account Development organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote with the potential to travel onsite (Ex. Columbia, Costa Rica, India, Philippines, and Egypt) to meet and work with our Vendor teams. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Team Lead who will focus on coaching and upleveling our Vendor Partners revenue growth for our existing merchants and DoorDash. You will report to our Inside Sales Manager on our team in our Inside Account Development organization.
What you'll bring
- You have 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and providing sound business solutions to our partners
- You are creative, motivated, and passionate about sales and have a dynamic personality
- You are comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and adapting quickly
- You value collaboration and find opportunities within change
- You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
- Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
