About the role

Chewy is seeking a Director, Broad-Based Compensation to join our Total Rewards team, reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards.

What you'll bring

• · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• · 15+ years of progressive compensation experience, including significant experience leading broad-based compensation within a large, complex organization.
• · Demonstrated experience leading high-performing compensation teams and developing future leaders.
• · Deep expertise across compensation strategy, market pricing, incentive design, compensation governance, and compensation analytics.
• · Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations.
• · Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• · Experience working with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems.
• · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences.
• · Experience supporting annual compensation planning, long-term, and short-term incentive programs.
