About the role
As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you play a pivotal role in setting prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor. Your responsibilities include accurately assessing the value of donated items based on condition, quality, and market trends, and applying appropriate pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive pricing. You will collaborate closely with team members, particularly with Pricer Support personnel, to ensure consistent pricing standards and efficient workflow. Your attention to detail, knowledge of product categories, and understanding of customer preferences contribute directly to the thrift store's revenue goals and customer satisfaction. Flexibility: The nature of this role requires a high degree of flexibility. Employees may be asked to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs. Employees are expected to work in all areas as assigned, contributing to a well-rounded and collaborative team environment.
