About the role

The Retail Event Operations Associate is responsible for carrying out front-line event setup, executing logistics for the retail infrastructure at live events, and ensuring operational excellence throughout every stage of the fan experience. This role supports the full lifecycle of event retail — from merchandise setup and stocking to sales transactions and breakdown — while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics brand is always positively represented. The Retail Event Operations Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. What you'll bring

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Experience working in a venue, retail, or merchandise environment, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, event-based setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, self-motivated demeanor and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people in an exciting environment.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, as well as collaboratively as part of a team, in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
  • Basic math proficiency, including the ability to accurately count change and balance a cash bank.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests throughout all stages of an event.
  • Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading merchandise trucks, stocking merchandise, and performing setup and breakdown tasks as required.
