About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible swim instructors to join the Wave Aquatics swim school team. In this role, you will provide high quality swim instruction to children of various skill levels and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Please note: Wave is currently hiring swim instructors to join us in the fall of 2026.
What you'll bring
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High School Diploma (in progress ok).
- Ability to respond and operationalize emergency action plans in case of emergency.
