About the role
We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative students to join our 2027 intern program. As an intern at Boeing, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. As an intern for our Methods Process Analyst organization (under the Industrial Engineering Job Family), you will be responsible for supporting a production team or organization directly integrated with the Boeing Production System. You will be integrated into a small team between 5-10 people, including a team lead, who will help guide you on your statement of work throughout your internship. You will be assigned to a team where you may reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues, improve quality defects trends, analyzing performance to daily schedules or orders, and reduce non-value added work. Our Methods Process Analysts are responsible for creating and maintaining the plans, which include operating plans (flows and positioning), developing scenario plans, and assessing readiness to execute, and building disruption recovery plans to get back to baseline while mitigating impacts to the downstream work statement and major milestones. You will be working in either a factory or on the flightline, which means your time will be split between an office and production environment, and you will be required to adhere to the PPE requirements for the work area.
