About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Payment Foundations team, responsible for building a secure, reliable, and scalable platform for money movement across Garner. This role is the core platform enabling Garner’s financial incentives, which drives best-in-class health and financial outcomes for patients and employers. This role reports to the VP of Product Management. This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District).

What you'll bring

• You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or platform product end-to-end
• Strong systems thinking and detail orientation — you instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
• Strong technical background, with experience owning technical products APIs, integrations, and data systems
• Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders
• A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
