The Lead Product Manager (Director level) role sits at the center of our organization, connecting Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital and omnichannel solutions. This leader will be responsible for building, mentoring, and guiding a team of Product Managers aligned to Ecommerce/Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale functions. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution—setting vision and direction while ensuring delivery excellence. You will translate business objectives and customer insights into clear, actionable product strategies that drive measurable outcomes, and foster a collaborative, high-performing product organization in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading or mentoring Product Managers
- Proven experience owning product strategy across e-commerce, marketing technology, retail, or omnichannel platforms
- Strong track record of delivering customer-facing and operational products that drive measurable business impact
- Experience managing and scaling cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/design, and QA
- Deep familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar)
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, omnichannel experiences, and digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience establishing product management best practices, including roadmapping, prioritization, and discovery frameworks
- Expertise in writing and overseeing product requirements, user stories, and backlog management in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar
- Comfort operating in Agile or Scrum environments at scale
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic action
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, technology, or similar)
- MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
