About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager to define and build the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare. As a Product Manager at Latent, you will own critical product initiatives from strategy through execution. Working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers, you'll identify the highest-impact problems in healthcare operations and deliver scalable solutions for large health systems.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in product management (or equivalent in engineering, product strategy, or a related field) building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products
- Track record of taking a product area from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes.
- Experience 0→1 opportunities especially
- Skilled at embedding with users, running discovery, and translating insights into practical solutions
- Thrives in cross-functional environments
- builds strong working relationships across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership
- Communicates complex problems and trade-offs clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Comfortable digging in with engineering on APIs, integrations, system design, and AI-powered workflows
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — adaptable, high-ownership, and able to maintain momentum through change
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
- Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
