About the role

The Vice President, Product Management - Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of key banking products across commercial segments. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market insights, and business strategy into scalable, compliant, and profitable banking solutions. This position plays a critical role in shaping product roadmaps, driving execution excellence, and serving as a key stakeholder liaison across technology, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and customer experience.

What you'll bring

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience within banking or financial services
  • In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury services and financial technology products, services and trends.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and deal with time pressures and changing priorities.
  • Driven by a passion and curiosity to continuously learn how various technological systems, including AI, can enhance the work that you do
