About the role

This position leads the creation of the business architecture and process and manages the business requirements and experience for a common Identity and access management solution for the customer facing digital websites forclient. This position leads the definition, development and execution of the business risk management model which will identify the level of assurance necessary based on business value. In addition this position will work with customers to develop agreements and processes to ensure compliance. When necessary they will work with industry organizations to establish aerospace security standard.

• When necessary they will work with industry organizations to establish aerospace security standard.
• Research government and regulatory requirements, determine applicability, develop plans and risk mitigations to demonstrate compliance.
• Identify management mechanisms and processes.
• Work with technical development team to design enhancements or new system that enables the business and corporation needs.
• Abreast of industry trends to identify strategic direction, issues & resolution and working together opportunities with external companies and agencies.
• Develops security, identity and access management strategy and solutions across customer facing products.
• Coordinating with department manager within business units and enterprise Business Continuity is required.
• Manages development, prioritization, resource allocation and scheduling for requirements.
• Previous experience and knowledge of risk management methods and their application towards security, identity and access management within a regulated industry.
