About the role

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Assisted Living/Memory Care and Skilled Nursing departments and Medication Technicians/Aides (Med Techs) for our Assisted Living/Memory Care department . As a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medication Technician/Aide, you will play a vital role in caring for our residents while becoming a valued member of our community. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Must have a current WA State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing.
• Must have current Food Handlers/CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English sufficiently to complete the responsibilities of the position.
• Working experience with computerized Point of Care and other systems.
• Successful completion of a Med Tech Training program and Medication Aide/Medication Tech certification in the state, as required for Assisted Living.
• Six months or more of experience in long-term care, home care, or a related field preferred.
