What you'll bring

• This On-call position will support multiple communities within the Residential portfolio, as needed.
• Combined with your project management, communication, and conflict management skills, your professional presence will build strong relationships with your community.
• Must have flexible schedule, with ability to fill last minute shift requests
• Must be available to work all shift schedules (Day, Afternoon, Overnight)
• Must be able to work in all Residential communities, with focus in the Seattle & Bellevue region
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred
