About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Seattle team and support the delivery of construction cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this client-facing role, you will provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, and cost control services through all phases of the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams, you will help drive successful project outcomes while supporting Turner & Townsend's commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client service.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management role within the construction industry.
- Experience supporting cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction industry practices, including procurement, value engineering, and cost management principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
- RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred.
- Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
