About the role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create marketing and creative collateral for our programs and events.
What you'll bring
- Graphic Design Theory (Typography, Color Theory, Composition & Layout)
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma
- Excellent project management and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to excel in small team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to work with employees at all levels
- Act as a team player and have a positive mental attitude
- Maintain organized digital project files
- Bachelor's degree (in graphic arts, design, advertising design, or other related field) OR 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects, including print layouts, digital advertisements, video, and animation
- Demonstrable familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Illustration experience
