About the role
This is a hands-on role. The person in this position does the daily work themselves: cleaning, tidying, resets, and keeping the home in order across every floor. It is not a role centered on supervising other staff. A warm, busy family on the Upper West Side is looking for a hands-on, hardworking House Manager who takes real pride in a clean, organized, well-run home. They are moving from a Manhattan apartment into a large multi-level home of roughly 7,500 square feet (5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms) and need someone who can keep the entire house consistently clean, tidy, and running smoothly day to day.
