What you'll bring

• you must have at least 2-4 years of successful commercial construction experience in a design-build environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management is required.
• You must be able to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
• Four-year college degree in construction management, architecture, civil engineering or related field or two-year construction certificate with a minimum of 4 years industry experience
