About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Quality Assurance Tester to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of both Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of critical insurance systems. The Quality Assurance Tester is responsible for executing system, integration, and user acceptance testing while supporting the ongoing quality and functionality of enterprise insurance systems. This individual will work closely with business users, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to validate system performance and ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
