About the role

AECOM’s Water Division is actively seeking a motivated and collaborative Water Design-Build Project Manager to support the delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a focus in the southeastern United States. This senior role offers the opportunity to work within an integrated design-build environment, contributing to the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems. The Project Manager will partner closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to help deliver high-quality projects that address some of the nation’s most critical water infrastructure needs while advancing AECOM’s leadership in the water market. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience delivering water or wastewater projects using design-build methods or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Valid driver’s license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment
• subject to motor vehicle records review.
• Experience supporting progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery approaches.
• Desire to participate in organizations such as the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) or Water Collaborative Delivery Association (WCDA).
• Strong understanding of project delivery fundamentals with the ability to facilitate technical and commercial discussions.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Experience with project cost controls, earned value analysis, and budget forecasting.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness, including subcontract management and construction contract fundamentals.
• Experience managing projects in the $10M+ range.
• DBIA certification preferred but not required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
