We're looking for someone who has done this before: closed engineers away from competing offers, knows the difference between a resume that reads well and a candidate who can do the work, and who isn't afraid to tell a hiring manager their process is broken. What you'll bring

• Several years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Fluent in the technical landscape: you can speak credibly with engineers about their stack and their career motivations, and you know how to evaluate signal beyond a resume
• Comfortable partnering with strong-willed, high-bar hiring managers, and skilled at pushing back constructively when needed
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
• You have a builder's mindset: creative, resourceful, and biased toward action
• Genuinely excited about Pulley's mission, and able to sell that conviction to candidates
• Eager to work on-site in downtown San Francisco 3x / week
• ideally scaling teams at a fast-growing startup with a track record of closing competitive technical talent
