About the role

The Superintendent, Foundations role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to Foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, managing materials and tooling needs, verifying daily QA/QC and as‑built documentation, reviewing time and field reports, and working closely with the Project Manager. This position also helps develop Foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution. You lead by example

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
• Requires experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
• Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
• This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.

• Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures desired
