About the role
As a Staff Product Manager for Payments within our Practice Solutions business unit, you will define and build the products that help healthcare practices manage the financial side of patient care. You will own critical parts of the payments and revenue cycle experience, including how practices understand patient responsibility, collect payments, reconcile transactions, and connect payment activity to claims and remittance data. You will work across complex healthcare workflows involving patients, providers, payors, clearinghouses, and technology partners. This is a zero to one product leadership role. What you'll bring
- You will need to be equally comfortable setting a long term vision and getting into the details with engineering, design, operations, finance, and go to market teams to bring an early stage product to market and scale it.
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B products
- Meaningful product experience in healthcare insurance, including familiarity with healthcare claims and remittance workflows and the ability to read and interpret 835 and 837 files, is a requirement
- Experience working at a startup or early stage company, with a demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership, speed, ambiguity, and limited resources
- A track record of taking complex products from zero to one, from identifying customer problems and developing strategy through validation, launch, and iteration toward product market fit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders
- A data driven mindset and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving, paired with exceptional attention to detail
- An action oriented attitude and roll up your sleeves mentality
