About the role
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering new store openings, remodels, relocations, and capital improvement projects. This role manages all phases of retail construction projects from site assessment and design coordination through permitting, construction, turnover, and store opening. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal departments, landlords, architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

- ears of construction project management experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing tenant improvement (TI) projects and fast-track construction schedules.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting systems, plumbing infrastructure, and fire protection systems.
- Familiarity with IBC, NFPA, ADA, and local building codes.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
