About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, with a solution design focus who can partner well with senior and junior partners, to deliver thoughtful strategic change.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of experience across project/program management and business analysis, with meaningful depth in both disciplines.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional change initiatives end-to-end - with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
- ability to influence decisions and drive alignment.
- Experience in asset management or financial services, working in BAU functional teams, as well as managing change.
- Experience operating in hybrid delivery environments (Agile and Waterfall), adapting approach to initiative type and risk profile.
- Strong analytical and process skills (process mapping, requirements definition, structured problem solving).
- Process improvement background (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
