About the role
As an Inventory Attorney in our Complex Litigation group, you'll be the operational backbone of an assigned tort, translating the legal team's strategy into the workflows, deadlines, and deliverables that move thousands of cases forward. You'll work directly with the Chief Operations Counsel, mentoring paralegals, and making sure no client falls through the cracks. You'll be the person who knows the litigation inside and out and you’ll make sure the machinery around it runs exactly right. Most importantly: you understand that in Mass Tort Litigation, the individual client still matters. Mass tort work is high-volume by nature. Holding onto the individual — the client who trusted this firm with something that upended their life — is a discipline, not a given. We’re looking for someone who does it anyway, no matter the caseload. For the People is what we say.
