About the role

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team. This is a hands-on, full-stack role with real ownership across design, build, and delivery.

What you'll bring

• 4-6 years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong fluency in modern stacks: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native development
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data modeling across relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience designing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration workflows
• Object-oriented design and development experience
• Experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and integration middleware
• familiarity with other middleware (Boomi, Informatica) also welcome
• AWS or GCP also welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
• Track record of designing solutions that bridge current and desired states, and delivering them end-to-end
• Bonus: Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Financial Services Cloud)
