About the role
We’re seeking a Bartender to join our Operations team at Convene's property located in Boston. This role will report directly to the Service Manager. Monday & Friday: Approximately 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Please note that schedules may vary based on private events, business needs, and seasonal demands. The Bartender will provide genuine anticipatory service to clients and participants in all aspects of hospitality. In this position, you will interact with our clients and ensure they have a great experience at Convene. We need someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as someone highly motivated and ready to work with others.
